I specialize in high-energy, free-flowing conversations about the future of food, just transitions to a plant-based economy, food systems and climate change, science communication, storytelling, mental health and parenting. I have given talks and moderated panels for the Museum of Science Fiction, the World Resources Institute, the Breakthrough Institute, the National Academy of Sciences and many other institutions and conferences.
In addition to talking about science and food, I’ve performed in storytelling shows since 2012, telling true stories about my life for audiences at the 9:30 Club, the National Gallery of Art and the Birchmere.
